I wouldn't say that I am a 'fat' guy or anything and I would say that I am fairly fit, but the one thing I hate about myself is I hate those bit of fat around my waist. Muffin tops, love handles call them what you will I just want to get rid of them!

I have a fairly good diet keep the carbs calories low to non-existant, do alot of cardio in the way of cycling and football.

Any ideas/hint and tips to shift them? Exercises ect...

The answer is probably just more of the same. It would be nice if there was something specific to do because I have the same fat to get rid of.

But it's just fat. The same things that got rid of all the other fat will get rid of that fat.

If you're weight isn't dropping, you're at equilibrium. Meaning you have to reduce calories or increase activity.

Carb cycling might help as well. Reduce your carbs to nearly zero one day and go back to 'normal' the next day. That's what I'm doing to get rid of the last 10 lbs of bodyfat I need to shed.

Yeah, I have heard of that before and have been doing it for the past week-2weeks. Admittidly, I have been gradually losing it, just hasn't been noticable in that particular area...

They are tough to get rid of. You have to be very lean to not have them. I'm now under 9% headed for a bodybuilding competition and because I've carried heavy fat around my midsection for 20 years or so, even at 9% I've still got them. They really aren't going to disappear until I'm down to 5% I don't think.

Good luck.

Simple answer - diet and exercise - but of course it's harder than it sounds! Just keep working - you'll get there

Doing something is better than nothing, and nothing is never an option!

You will probably need to do more than cycling. I have a friend who is a great cyclist and rides almost every day and he still has them. He said it is because cycling does not work the core muscles enough.

I'm not sure if this works, but have you tried doing oblique curls?
